**Job Summary**
As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our Quality Control division. You will work closely with our Quality Control team to develop and implement process enhancements that drive efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance. Your expertise in data analysis, interpretation, and presentation will be critical in helping us make informed business decisions and drive our company's success.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Help develop and present results from complex data analysis to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Assist in exploring ad-hoc requests related to maintenance issues and provide insightful answers to enable senior leadership to make informed business decisions.
* Present findings, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to facilitate partner understanding.
* Assist in developing and disseminating specific questions to collect and organize data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need for data requirements.
* Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/surveys and communicate findings to the team.
* Assess the effectiveness of processes and strategies by observing for patterns and errors.
* Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision.
* May perform other work assignments as directed by Group Leader.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, statistics, mathematics, computer science).
* 2+ years of experience in data analysis, quality control, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., business, statistics, mathematics, computer science).
* Experience with data analysis software (e.g., Alteryx, QuickBase).
* Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
* Experience with process improvement and quality control methodologies.
