Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
• Handling all incoming customer issues and resolving them using smart, customer-focused decision-making skills.
• Acting as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer, researching, resolving, and tracking customer issues related to service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, and more.
• Following up on all outstanding tasks to ensure completion and providing updates to customers as needed.

• Assisting hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

• **Previous Customer Service Experience**: Have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, with a comfortable working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• **Basic Skills with Moderate Proficiency**: Demonstrate basic skills with a moderate level of proficiency, with the ability to consult with senior peers on non-complex projects.
• **High School Diploma or GED**: Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
