* Staying up-to-date on all FORWARD application programs to provide excellent applicant support.
* Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutions to improve our processes.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
* Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
* Technical savvy, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
* Strong ability to work well with people from varied cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new challenges.
* Ability to work with a high volume of activity (phone, email, and chat).

* Availability to work a 6 am-3 pm schedule (or flexible schedule that meets our business needs).
