As a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative, you will join an organically diverse team from 40 countries where ALL members contribute and support each other's success and well-being, united as "One Concentrix." Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via inbound calls who have questions or concerns that require additional support.
- Achieve specific support and resolution on every call.
- Use script and/or probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate advice or service for particular situations.
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
Qualifications
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service/Technical Support Representative role include:
- A High School Diploma and/or GED
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred (or required)
- Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- The ability to work rotational shifts as needed
