Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Technical Program Leader to join our team, responsible for overseeing the successful transportation of our organization's use cases associated with customer journey orchestration and the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). As a key member of our team, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and with high quality, while aligning with our company's strategic objectives. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping our company's strategic path and managing our extensive use case portfolio.

Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Technical Program Leader, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Driving the Customer Data Platform strategy, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives.
  • Creating, maintaining, and tracking challenge plans and schedules, resource estimates, and roadblocks throughout the life of the project.
  • Leading the planning and implementation of company-wide use cases, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to define application controls, governance structures, and performance parameters.
  • Navigating complex challenges, providing solutions, and ensuring that all teams align on a unified vision.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the ever-evolving business landscape to incorporate best practices and emerging trends into the program strategy.
  • Establishing clear communication channels across teams, ensuring transparency and fluidity in data dissemination.
  • Staying abreast of the latest trends in customer data platform technologies.
  • Facilitating cross-departmental coordination and communication for seamless project execution.
  • Monitoring and tracking project progress, addressing any issues or delays.
  • Implementing project risk management techniques to mitigate potential obstacles.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues associated with the platform and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborating with IT and other teams to align on tech requirements and implementations.
  • Mentoring and guiding teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience in application management, preferably in the area of customer data systems and personalization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a flair for building and nurturing relationships across departments.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve situational and systemic challenges.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of guiding teams to success.
  • Strong technical aptitude, particularly with customer data management.
  • Experience in managing in Digital, Ecommerce, Marketing, or Loyalty organizations.
  • The ability to work with diverse teams, thinking, and styles.
  • A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States.
