**Job Summary**
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer service inquiries and problems, making outbound calls through our dialer on specific based mortgage campaigns, and receiving inbound customer calls. You will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle customer service inquiries and problems via phone, email, or chat
* Make outbound calls through our dialer on specific based mortgage campaigns, with a minimum of 50+ calls daily
* Receive inbound customer calls, identify customer needs, and route them to the appropriate department
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School diploma or GED required
* 1-2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience required
* Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of Monday to Friday, 8am to 11pm EST, with occasional half days on Saturdays
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Proficiency in using technology, including dialers, CRM systems, and other software applications
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Outbound dialing and collections experience, with the ability to handle rejection
* Mortgage, banking, or financial industry experience, with knowledge of mortgage products and services
* Telemarketing, collections, timeshare, or cold calling phone sales experience
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
