Key Responsibilities

• Teach subject content to assigned classes as per the schedule provided, adapting and delivering PowerPoint lessons using the materials supplied by BFITS.
• Modify and adapt lessons to meet the needs of your class, ensuring engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Maintain weekly office hours, providing support and guidance to students as needed.
• Maintain student grading and assessment using our online Learning Management System.
• Attend office meetings and professional development sessions held during office hours, contributing to the continuous improvement of our teaching practices.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:

• Native English Speaker (i.e., Passport from the USA, CANADA, UK, IRELAND, AUSTRALIA, or NEW ZEALAND).
• Bachelor's Degree and Transcripts (required for NON-B visa application).
• Police Clearance (local or national reports/checks).
• Basic Office/IT Skills, including experience with PowerPoint/Google Slides.

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Teaching certification (e.g., TEFL) and previous international teaching experience.
• Strong IT skills, including experience with online Learning Management Systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

• A monthly salary of 42,300 THB (EP/Content) plus 500 THB per hour for overtime.
• A 12-month academic year contract, with the possibility of extension and additional benefits.
• Monthly supplemental attendance bonus of 750 THB.
• End of Contract bonus up to 36,000 THB.
• Guaranteed yearly 3% cost of living pay increase.
• AETNA medical and dental insurance.
• 2 weeks paid vacation, with an additional week for every additional year of employment (up to 4 weeks).
• All Thai government holidays off with pay (13-15 days annually).
• 4-7 Paid personal/sick days, with unused days reimbursed at 500 THB per day.
• Assistance with visa extension and NON-B visa application.
• Work permit and teacher's license paid by BFITS.
