About the Role: Certified English Tutor (Remote)

As a Preply English tutor, you'll have the freedom to teach English online to students all over the world, on your own schedule and at your own price. You'll be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, using Preply's integrated calendar to schedule lessons, and providing comprehensive materials and resources to meet your students' needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English online to Preply students worldwide, leveraging your expertise and creativity to craft engaging lessons.
• Create your own lesson plans or utilize Preply's curriculum to cater to the diverse needs of your students.
• Set your availability and schedule lessons with students using Preply's integrated calendar, ensuring a seamless experience for both you and your students.
• Access training and professional development opportunities through Preply's Tutor Academy and regular webinars, enhancing your teaching skills and staying up-to-date with best practices.

Essential Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English, with a deep understanding of the language and its nuances.
• A University degree or Certificate to teach English (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, DELTA, etc.), or equivalent qualification in English language teaching, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the profession.
• Experience teaching one-on-one classes with proven results, preferably online, showcasing your ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.
• A high-speed internet connection, ensuring a stable and reliable connection for online lessons.
• Energetic, patient, responsible, and cheerful, with a passion for teaching and a positive attitude towards learning.
