Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound fundraising and sales calls to customers on behalf of our clients
- Take orders and sell products and services to customers
- Work in a blended inbound/outbound call center environment, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Provide customer-focused work, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Meet sales and fundraising targets, with opportunities for bonuses and rewards
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems
- A willingness to learn and take ownership of your work
- A dedicated quiet workspace, free from distractions
- Exceptional conversational skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport
- The ability to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Fluency in French (or other languages) - we have a current need for agents who can hold conversations in French
- Previous experience in sales or fundraising
- Experience working in a call center environment

Technical Requirements
To work from home with InfoCision, you will need:
- A Windows PC or laptop, with at least 8GB of RAM and a compatible processor
- A high-speed internet connection, with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps
- A cell phone or landline, for receiving authentication calls
- A webcam, external speakers or sound on your computer, and an external wired mouse
- A USB wired headset, with a single USB connection
