Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to service users through our online platforms, ensuring timely and effective responses to queries and concerns
 - Collaborate with Online Community Assistants and Coordinators to maintain the smooth operation of our services, including handling mailbox queries and developing support projects
 - Develop and implement strategies to promote engagement, inclusivity, and community growth within our online forums and initiatives
 - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and industry developments in community management, online content moderation, and digital communications
 - Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines that ensure the highest standards of online community management and user experience
 - Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in community management, dementia awareness, and digital communications
 
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Experience or training in community management, online content moderation, or digital communications
 - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork

Work Environment and Company Culture

As a full-time Online Community Assistant, you will be expected to work 35 hours per week, including every Saturday and Sunday, as well as three days during the week (flexible scheduling available). Occasional travel to one of our offices may be required.
