Key Responsibilities
As an Operations Support Analyst, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Monitoring the health of our operations and providing analytics expertise to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
 - Scheduling global resources, managing intra-day volume workload, and providing accurate reporting to stakeholders
 - Providing subject matter expertise for Aspect tools and software, and contributing to the development of operational policies and documentation of Workforce Solutions processes
 - Identifying trends in data and developing recommendations for operational improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
 - Designing reports to evaluate performance for various Customer Support teams and programs, and creating compelling stories through data to influence decisions
 - Collaborating with multiple partners, including Customer Support Managers and Directors, to drive business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction
 - Helping design and monitor ETLs to consolidate data into reliable datasets for analysis, and working with external partners to monitor Intra-Day performance and recommend resource reallocation
 - Monitoring and reporting attendance for external contractors, and identifying factors contributing to increased workload to ensure optimal staffing and resource allocation
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of experience in routing real-time contact center operations in a command center environment, including experience with external partners
 - 3+ years of experience using a workforce management tool, and advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
 - Experience analyzing statistical data/trends and recommending quick, applicable steps to drive business outcomes
 - Comfortable diving into data to find trends and identify areas for improvement, and ability to devise creative solutions in a collaborative environment
 - Experience with database design and creating front-end solutions for reporting and data distribution, and exposure to at least one high-level programming language such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS
 - Familiarity with Zendesk and Google Cloud Platform, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience working in a remote environment and managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
 - Knowledge of Aspect tools and software, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
 - Certification in a related field, such as Six Sigma or Lean, and experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
 - Strong business acumen and understanding of customer support operations, and ability to think strategically and drive business outcomes
