Key Responsibilities

• Creating and managing the project risks register to minimize potential risks
• Developing documentation, including but not limited to MCPS business requirements, process flows, test plans, test scripts, and communication plans
• Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
• Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, post-support plans, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients
• Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A strong background in IT project management, with a focus on Oracle ERP implementation
• Experience in managing multiple complex projects and tasks while paying close attention to details
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, as well as project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, Jira, and SharePoint
• Excellent oral and written communication and human relations skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• A strong understanding of business and information technology practices and development, including the software development life cycle, database, programming, and network technologies, and quality assurance practices
