Key Responsibilities and Duties

As a Packing Operator 1, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and conforming to company policies and procedures
• Working effectively with management and team members to achieve production goals
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised
• Recognizing and separating sub-standard and/or reject connectors from acceptable quality standards
• Lifting and carrying 35 lbs and maintaining a standing position during a typical shift
• Completing all required paperwork and performing data entry into MES as necessary
• Practicing good housekeeping and tool maintenance
• Maintaining concentration on tasks and utilizing work time efficiently
• Performing any tasks necessary on a daily basis to maintain production flow and meeting production times within an acceptable standard
• Adapting to process changes and learning new skills
