Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate individual to join our team as a Part-time Admissions Coordinator. As the Training Admissions Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students by managing the application process, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with applicants.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Review: Verify that all received applications are complete and accurate, ensuring that all necessary documents and information are included.
- Data Management: Update and maintain applicant records using Google Sheets, ensuring that all information, including dates, names, contact details, application statuses, and payment information, is current and accurate.
- Applicant Communication: Provide email and phone support to address questions about tuition, payments, and admissions, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Inquiry Coordination: Respond to prospective student inquiries, directing more complex questions to the Student Advisor or Executive Director, and ensuring that all inquiries are addressed in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in occasional meetings with the Executive Director and maintain regular communication with the team via email throughout the week, ensuring that all team members are informed and up-to-date on admissions-related matters.
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for an individual who possesses exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with data entry and record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and Gmail, and will demonstrate excellent written communication skills, with a strong grasp of grammar, spelling, and professionalism in email correspondence.
In addition to these technical skills, we are seeking an individual who possesses strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and is self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently while seeking clarification when necessary. The ability to work flexible hours and maintain consistent email communication during the week is also essential.
While not required, an interest in psychology, somatics, bodywork, or integrative healing is preferred, as it will enable the successful candidate to better understand the context and purpose of our training programs.
Essential Qualifications
- At least 3 years of proficiency in computer skills, including Google Sheets, Excel, and Gmail.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent written communication skills, with a strong grasp of grammar, spelling, and professionalism in email correspondence.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Position Details
This is a part-time position, offering 5-8 hours of work per week, with a flexible schedule that allows you to choose your own hours (Monday to Friday). The pay rate for this position is $15.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience. As a remote worker, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, with occasional meetings with the Executive Director and regular email communication with the team.
