Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure supply to distribution centers over the weekend, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
 - Track purchase orders from suppliers to their receipt at distribution centers, verifying that all shipments are received and processed efficiently.
 - Review critical items to determine if immediate action is needed over the weekend, assessing the impact of supply chain dynamics on business operations and making informed decisions to mitigate risks.
 - Request transfers between distribution centers when inventory issues arise, ensuring that supply levels are maintained and customer demand is met.
 - Resolve product and transportation issues as they occur, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve problems and minimize delays.
 - Modify purchase orders as necessary to meet supply needs, ensuring that changes are communicated effectively to stakeholders and implemented efficiently.
 - Create new purchase orders on an exception basis when required, following established procedures and protocols to ensure compliance and accuracy.
 - Review and action emails related to multiple distribution centers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements for Success
