What You'll Do

As a Part-time Remote Social Media Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping our online presence and engaging with our audience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and scheduling engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube that highlight our services, culture, and industry expertise
  • Creating eye-catching visuals and captions aligned with our brand voice
  • Responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
  • Building relationships with followers and fostering a positive online community
  • Monitoring engagement metrics and tracking the performance of campaigns
  • Providing insights and recommendations to improve social media strategies
  • Collaborating with leadership and team members to align social media content with company goals
  • Brainstorming and implementing innovative social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness
  • Staying updated on social media trends and suggesting creative ideas to keep our brand relevant

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of experience managing social media accounts (business or personal brand)

Skills:

  • Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Experience using social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite)
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Spark preferred)
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Analytical mindset to track and improve engagement metrics
