About This Role

As our Part Time Sales and Operations Manager, you'll be the behind-the-scenes expert who keeps our operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Reviewing feedback from recent events and implementing improvements to enhance future experiences
• Handling sales calls from customers, answering questions, and providing exceptional customer service
• Managing staffing for upcoming events, ensuring that all parties are well-staffed and prepared
• Monitoring business metrics, submitting hours for payroll, and performing other administrative tasks

Key Responsibilities
