Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Virtual Customer Representative to join our team. As a remote customer support specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers across the USA, providing technical support, and resolving customer inquiries via phone. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Champion: Provide top-notch service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. On average, you'll handle 4+ calls per hour.
  • Technology Troubleshooter: Offer technical support and guidance on cellular phones, billing, and general customer inquiries. You'll be the expert who helps customers operate their phones, troubleshoot issues, and use various features.
  • Highly Organized and Motivated: Work independently from home, maintaining a quiet and distraction-free environment, and stay focused throughout your shift. You'll need to be self-motivated, disciplined, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Customer Service Experience: At least 6 months of customer service experience, with remote customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills, including typing, use of common software applications, and internet navigation.
  • Work from Home Requirements:
    • Internet Connection: A reliable internet connection with an upload speed of 20 MBPS and a download speed of 100 MBPS.
    • Distraction-Free Workplace: A quiet, distraction-free workspace in your home.
    • Location: Reside within 50 miles of our Louisville contact center.
