Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to fill the role of Customer Success Specialist, focusing on pharmacist support and credentialing. As a key member of our team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for pharmacists and pharmacy leaders, building strong relationships to ensure they fully utilize Scripted's platform. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy leaders, ensuring they fully leverage Scripted's platform to optimize their practice.
  • Communication and Troubleshooting: Regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide tailored solutions that meet their unique challenges.
  • Credentialing and Compliance: Manage and update CAQH profiles and credentialing applications to maintain compliance, ensuring our customers meet the necessary requirements.
  • Medicaid Provider Enrollment: Research and stay informed on state-specific Medicaid provider enrollment policies, assisting customers in navigating these requirements and enhancing their success.
  • Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer challenges, enhance customer success strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Training and Empowerment: Provide training and resources to empower customers to independently manage credentialing and administrative tasks, promoting self-sufficiency and success.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Pharmacy Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience as a pharmacy technician or in pharmacy administration, providing a solid foundation in pharmacy operations and customer interaction.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate solutions, provide excellent customer service, and build rapport with customers.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate and resolve complex challenges, ensuring customers achieve their goals.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Medical Credentialing Experience: Previous experience with medical credentialing is highly desirable, as it will enable you to hit the ground running and provide exceptional support to our customers.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with team members, demonstrating self-motivation and a team-oriented mindset.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $43,680 to $56,000 annually, based on experience, as well as equity incentives that align your success with Scripted's growth. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
