Job Purpose
As a Phone Sales Consultant, you'll play a critical role in helping sellers solve their real estate problems while providing buyers with the right properties to meet their goals. You'll work closely with our team to build relationships, negotiate property pricing, and make logical offers to acquire properties. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve weekly and monthly sales goals, build a strong pipeline of prospects, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with potential sellers from company-generated leads.
- Achieve weekly targets, including:
- 2 signed contracts.
- 12.5 hours of talk time.
- 250 dials.
- Build rapport and uncover real estate challenges to provide tailored solutions for sellers.
- Negotiate property pricing and make logical offers to acquire properties.
- Hit weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Work collaboratively with an energetic team to achieve shared goals.
- Manage a pipeline of prospects and respond in a timely manner.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly basis, including revenue, contracts, quality conversations, talk time, and dials.
- Utilize Salesforce daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of phone sales experience.
- Strong command of grammar and exceptional writing skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer literacy, with the ability to perform and/or willingness to learn Google Docs and/or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work remotely with a quiet workspace, strong reliable internet, and an updated computer that can accommodate software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
- Real estate experience.
- Some college or higher.
- Ombudsman skills, including conflict resolution, mediation, active listening, and problem-solving.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and rapport-building skills.
