We're seeking an experienced Senior Planner to lead our Master Scheduling and Inventory Control efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for planning and purchasing materials and supplies to meet customer demand while maintaining optimal inventory levels. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production and delivery of our medical devices.Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, coordinate, and release production orders to manufacturing based on material and capacity availability
 - Monitor the flow of products through multiple production stages to meet delivery dates
 - Adjust production plans based on downstream conditions, material shortages, and capacity constraints
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain the master production schedule
 - Perform supply-demand analysis to identify areas of concern and optimize inventory levels
 - Coordinate receiving and inspection of parts, and returns defective parts to suppliers
 - Track inventory of materials consigned to suppliers and maintain part master data
 - Support the S&OP process and KPIs, and maintain appropriate inventory levels to meet and exceed targets
 - Analyze and optimize inventory levels using techniques such as lot size optimization, off-the-shelf vs. MTO analysis, and Kanban
 - Understand and apply LEAN concepts and good understanding of Pull systems
 - Negotiate with suppliers to stay competitive and reduce costs
 - Identify root causes of late lines and implement corrective actions to avoid re-occurrence
 - Drive root cause analysis for missed shipments and implement corrective actions to ensure customer fill rate targets are achieved and sustained
 - Track on-time supplier delivery performance and drive root cause and corrective action to improve overall supplier performance
 - Evaluate slow-moving items and work with appropriate groups to propose clean-up, re-work, obsolescence, changes to lot sizing, stock status, etc.
 
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related discipline
 - Minimum 7 years of experience in Planning and/or Procurement, with at least 5 years in Master Scheduling and Inventory Control
 - Sound knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures, including manufacturing planning, demand, and replenishment processes
 - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
 - Strong problem-solving and data analytical skills
 - Advanced Microsoft skills, particularly MS Excel, and ability to download and manipulate data quickly and easily using advanced functions
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- APICS / CSCP certification or equivalent
 - Experience with EPICOR, Oracle, SAP, JDR systems, or other ERP systems
 - Experience in MRP/ERP systems, especially Advance Planning Systems

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $107,250 - $178,750, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:
