Key Responsibilities

As a Production Operator - Entry Level, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Comprehending and performing all duties in accordance with rules, regulations, and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs)
  • Following safety protocols and reporting hazards to ensure a safe work environment
  • Learning the safe and efficient operation of each machine assigned
  • Serving as a relief operator for a wide variety of functions, machinery, and workstations
  • Assisting with mill clean-up and maintaining acceptable production levels
  • Performing other duties as needed

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Ability to work various shifts, days, and overtime as needed
  • Physical ability to use motorized equipment, hand tools, and an air hose
  • Adaptability to various weather conditions, loud conditions, and airborne particles (sawdust)
  • Pass a hair follicle drug test, a physical, and a background check
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
