Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead project planning sessions with team members to outline scope and approach. Manage multiple complex projects/issues simultaneously, demonstrating strong subject matter expertise.
  • Communications/Status Reporting: Maintain clear communication with clients and team members. Prepare status updates for projects and share knowledge with the rest of the firm.
  • Leadership: Manage team members or provide guidance, making exceptions within established guidelines. Oversee project costs and contribute to forecasting budgets and recommending expenditures.
  • Travel: Travel up to 30% of the time, both within India and internationally.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: BE, MCA, or MBA degree.
  • Experience: 9-15 years of experience in project management, preferably in SAP, Oracle, or any ERP implementations.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in consulting project implementation projects.
  • Analytical/Critical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Business Process Knowledge: Good understanding of O2C (order to cash) and/or P2P (procure to pay) business processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Third-Party Enterprise Tax Products: Experience with implementing or integrating third-party enterprise tax products (e.g., Determination, Taxware, and/or Vertex) or legal products (e.g., HighQ, Contract Express, App4legal, or similar).
  • Consulting Experience: Experience working for consulting or professional services organizations, such as systems integrators, ERP consulting firms, or "Big-4" firms.
  • Client Relationship Management: Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate project expectations to all team members and stakeholders.
