Position Summary

As a Provider Service Data Specialist, you will be responsible for handling outbound calls to providers and members to facilitate the utilization of EAP benefits and worklife resources. This is a full-time position that requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. You will be an integral part of our Resources for Living team, working closely with our members and providers to deliver exceptional support and resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute both routine and non-routine business support tasks for the EAP Worklife area under limited supervision, referring deviations from standard practices to managers.
  • Follow area protocols, standards, and policies to provide effective and timely support.
  • Answer calls, understand call purpose, complete research to identify potential providers and resources, and enter member information into the appropriate system to initiate the case.
  • Respond to member inquiries about services, requests, and resources for life skills.
  • Maintain accurate and complete internal documentation of required information that meets risk management and regulatory requirements.
  • Take direction to execute techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience within a call center.
  • High school diploma.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous behavioral health experience.
  • Medical or insurance background.
