Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Cruise Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our remote sales team, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, providing personalized travel recommendations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Travel Sales & Planning: Prepare, plan, and execute travel sales, including airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events, and activities, to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Client Communication: Provide all necessary documents to clients before and after travel, ensuring seamless and stress-free experiences.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and building trust and loyalty.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors, fostering strong partnerships and staying up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and support each other in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay current on the travel industry, policies, and trends, ensuring you're always equipped to provide expert advice and recommendations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Age & Residency: Must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States.
  • Technology Requirements: Must have a smartphone and/or computer with reliable internet access.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively with clients, colleagues, and travel partners.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time and be organized, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
