Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our remote customer service team as part-time focus group participants. As a remote customer service agent, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, providing exceptional customer experiences while also participating in paid focus groups and other research studies. Responsibilities

  • Participate in paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on a variety of topics, including child-related issues, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, and automobiles.
  • Complete written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, to provide valuable feedback and insights.
  • Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop or laptop.
  • Must be able to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Must be willing to participate in discussions online or in-person, as required.
  • Must be able to provide honest and constructive feedback on products and services.

Qualifications

  • Must have a strong desire to participate in research studies and provide valuable feedback.
  • Must be able to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop or laptop.
  • Must be able to participate in discussions online or in-person, as required.
  • Call center representative agent experience is not necessary, but a strong customer service background is preferred.
