About the Role
This is an entry-level position that offers a chance to start a career where you can showcase your computer and problem-solving skills. As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing fantastic service over the phone, using your computer skills to research requests related to profile assistance, track vehicle shipments and vehicle orders, assist with car warranties, escalate critical orders, and offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, ensuring that every interaction is positive and productive.
- Use your computer skills to research requests related to profile assistance, track vehicle shipments and vehicle orders, assist with car warranties, and escalate critical orders.
- Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations, including phone calls, chats, emails, and other communications as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the team to resolve customer issues and provide a seamless experience.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality scores.

Required Skills
- Excellent computer, typing, and phone skills, with the ability to speak and type proficiently at the same time.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to act as a consultant and resolve customer issues.
- Solid work ethic, with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Eligibility Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel, or any role where you interacted with customers.
- Available to work during the hours of operation, which include training, hands-on calls, and regular work shifts.
Work Schedule and Requirements
As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will be required to work a schedule that includes:
- Training (requires 100% attendance): 8 hours/day, Monday-Friday, 8am-5:30pm Eastern time, for the first five weeks.
- Hands-on calls: 8am-8pm Eastern time, Monday-Friday, for the next four weeks.
- Regular work shifts: 8am-8pm Eastern time, Monday-Friday, with no weekends.
Remote Work Requirements
- Michigan resident.
- High-speed internet access at home, connected via Ethernet or landline.
- A secluded and distraction-free work environment.
