Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Life Insurance Agents or individuals looking to become licensed, to join our team as Remote Customer Service and Sales Support Specialists. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, with full control over your schedule and income. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sales support, and financial planning strategies to families in need of life insurance. Responsibilities
- Call prospects to schedule appointments and provide exceptional customer service.
- Prepare quotes with upline and carriers, and present them to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Assist clients with the application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Consult openly and honestly with mentors and leaders, seeking guidance and feedback to improve performance.
- Maintain healthy relationships with clients, carriers, and leaders, building trust and loyalty.
- Follow applications through to approval, working closely with both the client and the carriers.
- Attend daily/weekly conference calls and meetings with mentors, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Learn and implement our proven sales system for maximum profitability, staying focused on results-driven goals.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude, with a willingness to grow both personally and professionally.
- A State Approved Life Insurance License, or a willingness to obtain one.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and leaders.

- A high level of motivation and self-discipline, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
