Acquisition Manager (incl. Digital Acquisition)
SWATX is in search of a dedicated Acquisition Manager to spearhead our efforts in client acquisition through innovative and effective strategies, both in traditional and digital channels. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing our market presence and engaging potential clients. The Acquisition Manager will work closely with marketing and sales teams, ensuring that acquisition campaigns are data-driven and aligned with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive acquisition plans that align with business strategies and goals.
- Oversee all acquisition channels, including digital marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, and email campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to inform acquisition tactics.
- Track performance metrics and KPIs, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing campaigns with sales initiatives.
- Optimize the customer journey and conversion process to maximize lead generation and client acquisition.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI on acquisition activities.
- Cultivate relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance acquisition efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in acquisition marketing, with a strong focus on digital acquisition strategies.
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful acquisition campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic environment.
