Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the IT recruitment sector.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients across the UAE region.
- Collaborate with recruitment consultants to deliver tailored solutions for client needs.
- Manage the full business development lifecycle from lead generation to onboarding.
- Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends and client requirements.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Provide regular updates and pipeline reports to management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in business development within the IT recruitment industry.
- Proven track record of securing new clients and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of recruitment cycles and the technology talent landscape.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.
- Ability to work during UAE business hours (approx. 6 AM to 3 PM SAST).
- Access to a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection.
