We're now seeking seasoned Remote Customer Service Agents to join our dynamic team as Contact Center Associates. As a key member of our team, you'll handle phone, email, and live chat support for our diverse range of clients across various industries, including finance, e-commerce, healthcare, non-profit, and trade services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chats from customers, providing comprehensive and personalized support for Tier 1 and Tier 2 type questions.
  • Resolve customer concerns, questions, and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist customers with technical issues, such as password resets and locating purchased items on client websites.
  • Recommend additional products and services based on customer needs and requests.
  • Provide feedback on system improvements based on knowledge of system issues.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-3 years of experience working in a remote call center environment with a separate office space setup and minimal background noise.
  • A proven track record of adhering to our 3 A's: Attendance, Attitude, and Aptitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Technical savviness to assist customers with varying degrees of computer and smartphone issues, as well as self-correcting your own computer issues.
  • The ability to operate in a high-volume contact center environment, handling between 75-150 calls per day, with an average call duration of 3 minutes.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet production deadlines.
  • A strong "phone voice" with proper diction and the ability to convey a positive tone.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish (a major plus).
  • Experience with InContact, Zendesk, Slack (beneficial but not required).

To work effectively in this role, you'll need:

  • A dedicated remote working space with no background noise.
  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10mbps.
  • A compatible hotspot in case of internet outages.
  • The ability to run the Chrome browser with a VPN connection.
  • Dual monitors and a noise-cancelling headset (provided by you).
