About the Role: Shaping the Future of Healthcare through Technology and Engagement

As a Customer Engagement Specialist at DaVita, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts to enhance referral source engagement through personalized outreach, education, and technology support. Your primary focus will be on welcoming new referral sources, increasing awareness of our technology offerings, and ensuring optimal utilization and satisfaction. You'll achieve this through virtual in-service demonstrations, investigating outcomes, and creating transparency around your findings.

Key Responsibilities: Driving Referral Source Engagement and Technology Adoption

  • Conduct Daily Outreach: Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources through targeted outreach efforts, tailoring communications and educational materials to their specific needs.
  • Virtual In-Service Demonstrations: Showcase our technology offerings, highlighting key features and benefits, to educate referral sources and drive adoption.
  • Investigate and Report Outcomes: Analyze the results of outreach efforts, creating transparency and informing future strategies to optimize engagement and technology utilization.
  • User Support: Serve as a point of contact for user support inquiries related to our technology, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects and priorities, leveraging your organizational skills to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Be flexible and adapt to changing priorities, taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

Essential Qualifications: The Skills and Experience We're Looking For

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, building strong relationships and driving engagement.
  • Proficiency in CRM Software and Digital Communication Tools: Leverage technology to streamline outreach efforts, manage relationships, and analyze outcomes.
  • Highly Organized: Manage multiple projects and priorities, meeting deadlines and achieving goals in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications: The Experience and Education That Will Set You Apart

  • 2+ Years Experience in Customer Outreach or Relationship Management: Bring experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry, to inform your approach to referral source engagement.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a Related Field: Leverage your educational background to understand the complexities of the healthcare ecosystem and drive effective engagement strategies.
  • Strong Understanding of the Healthcare Ecosystem: Familiarity with hospitals, physician practices, rehabilitation centers, and skilled nursing facilities will help you navigate the nuances of referral source engagement.
  • Data Analysis and Strategic Decision-Making: Analyze data and outcomes to inform strategic decisions, driving continuous improvement in referral source engagement and technology adoption.

Compensation and Work Environment

This is a remote role, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S. However, on-site presence is required once per month at our office in Malvern, PA, or Englewood, CO, if you reside in those cities or the surrounding area. The salary range for this role is $22.00 - $33.00 per hour, depending on your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
