Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support & Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and requests with prompt, accurate, and helpful technical support and customer service using Google products.
- Troubleshooting & Training: Troubleshoot technical issues with Google products and provide training to customers on the effective use of these products.
- Customer Needs Analysis: Identify customer needs and recommend solutions to help them achieve their goals with Google technology.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
- Collaboration & Feedback: Collaborate with team members to ensure customer success and provide feedback and recommendations to management on customer service practices and processes.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with Google product updates and changes, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide the latest and greatest support to our customers.
- Customer Record Management: Maintain accurate customer records and document customer interactions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required for this role.
- Experience: A minimum of two years' experience in a customer service, technical support, or similar role is necessary, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills are required, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Google Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of Google products and technologies is necessary, with the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and updates.
- Team Collaboration: The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is critical, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
