About the Role

As a Senior Customer Service Representative Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing advanced customer service support for our specialized treasury management products and services. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced customer service support for our treasury management products and services, resolving complex issues and developing effective solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat, and provide timely and accurate resolutions.
- Investigate and resolve complex customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and develop process improvements.
- Document customer interactions and complete service requests to minimize customer effort and ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to promote skill development and improve overall team performance.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, consistent with PNC's core values and customer experience standards.
Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services industry.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience working in a treasury management or cash management environment.
- Knowledge of PNC's products and services, including treasury management and cash management solutions.
- Certifications or training in customer service or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits
We're offering a competitive salary range of $31,000 - $67,600, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you'll be eligible for an incentive payment based on company, business, and individual performance. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
