About the Role

As a Customer Service and Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support via phone, chat, email, and ticketing portal. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience during every interaction. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, creating support tickets, and providing customized solutions to incoming inquiries, all while maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of customer contacts in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring timely resolution to customer inquiries.
  • Create work order tickets while responding to client requests via phone, chat, emails, and ticketing portal, ensuring seamless issue resolution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction, exceeding customer expectations and building trust in our brand.
  • Demonstrate expertise in multi-tasking while effectively navigating across multiple technology platforms and systems, ensuring efficient issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Work with a sense of urgency, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Display a willingness to help and solve issues, taking ownership of customer concerns and resolving them promptly.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer support experience in a high-volume support environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong computer knowledge, with familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google applications, or comparable technology.
  • Understanding of ticketing systems and experience working with CRM software.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Critical thinking and logical prioritization skills, with the ability to analyze customer issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to thrive and remain positive in a constantly changing environment, with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
