Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with utility teams to outline, define, and capture business requirements, ensuring seamless data integration and processing.
• Develop and enhance your knowledge of Voice of the Customer (VOC) methods, applying this expertise to define and transform data within our Cornerstone Big Data Platform.
• Design and build robust data model architectures to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions.
• Leverage transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring data quality and accuracy through rigorous testing at various levels.
• Provide guidance on enhancing competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using the massive data ecosystem.
• Drive consumer tale analysis and elaboration, design, and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools.
• Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, develop, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end process.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in development on Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting for data-driven tasks.
• Active collaboration with relationship managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business teams.
• Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles is preferred.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online systems.
• Flexible availability to work varying shifts as needed.
