Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively identify customer, family, and caregiver needs, and communicate the services offered by the company, ensuring a thorough understanding of the value provided.
  • Establish rapport with customers and engage them with the company's services by scheduling initial visits.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, adhering to the highest standards of data protection and safeguarding Protected Health Information.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience using CRM applications, with a proven track record of effectively managing customer interactions.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an outreach environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, with the ability to understand and apply relevant healthcare concepts.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced team environment, with a proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A positive attitude, with excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Good typing skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently document customer interactions.
