Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat: You will respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints: You will work with customers to resolve their issues and complaints, providing solutions and alternatives as needed.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
