Key Responsibilities

  • Manage correspondence with customers, technicians, and vendors, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fintech or financial services environment.
