Job Overview
We are looking for talented and enthusiastic customer support representatives to handle incoming customer contact via phone, email, and text message. As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering exceptional service. This is a part-time, seasonal opportunity that will run from March/April/May through September/October, with the possibility of year-round work for outstanding candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a large volume of incoming calls, emails, and/or text messages in a fast-paced environment
 - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve customer satisfaction and provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods/tools
 - Meet personal contact handling quotas and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
 - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
 - Go the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional service that exceeds their expectations
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and/or written communication skills, be comfortable working with a computer, and have the ability to adapt to different character types. You should also be able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage your time effectively to handle a significant volume of customer contact efficiently.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate, with a temporary pay rate of $11/hr, and the opportunity for a raise to $12/hr - $15/hr, depending on performance, after a 3-week assessment period.
