Job Overview and Responsibilities
As a Remote Full-Time Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in our team by handling a high volume of calls from customers on behalf of our client. Your primary responsibilities will include providing customer service support, addressing power outage issues, making payments, creating payment plans, and starting or ending service. Additionally, you will be responsible for offering customers the opportunity to purchase programs for surge protection, home wiring, and water heater repairs, utilizing your upselling and cross-selling skills to drive sales growth.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you must possess prior recent experience working as an inbound customer service agent for at least one year, with a verifiable track record of upselling and cross-selling. You should also have strong verbal and written communication skills, be technically savvy, and able to easily learn and navigate multiple screens and enter data while engaging in conversation with customers.
