Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team of Customer Relationship Advocates (CRA) for a unique and rewarding career development experience. As a CRA, you will have the opportunity to support our customers by taking inbound calls, while also dedicating time to focus on your growth, career development, and renewal. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with a broad range of needs, including answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades
  • Develop and hone your skills through dedicated time each week to connect and refuel, exploring the career center, networking with colleagues, taking online classes, and more
  • Engage in paid, on-the-job study time to obtain your SIE, Series 7, and 63 licenses, fully paid for and sponsored by Fidelity
  • Build advanced skills aligned with the next role that interests you, with increasing complexity over time
  • Demonstrate empathy and passion for helping people, ensuring an excellent customer experience through phone interactions

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Desire to establish rapport and relationships with customers and the team through effective communication
  • Experience in customer service, call center, or financial services preferred
  • A strong interest in financial services
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a demonstrated history of overcoming academic or professional challenges
  • Ability and flexibility to work in a hybrid work setting, both at home and in the office
  • Comfortable with technology and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in financial services
  • Basic knowledge of financial concepts and products
  • Completion of relevant certifications, such as SIE, Series 7, or Series 63
