Job Summary

The Data Reporting Analyst role is a strategic problem-solver and expert communicator position that requires a modern mindset to energize the future of Southwest Airlines. As a Remote Data Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, communicating, and reporting statistics solutions and analytics to internal and external customers. You will collaborate with Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts to enhance the Workday tool, including HCM, compensation, payroll, recruiting, absence, and knowledge management beneficial areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Intake file requests and understand particular reporting necessities: understand date range, statistics fields, and patron quit use purpose
  • Interpret and reconcile statistics discrepancies with the purpose of delivering the most accurate reporting statistics
  • Create custom statistics evaluations for use via human utility teams, and unique departments
  • Partner with reporting customers to refine evaluations

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Entry-level experience in relevant statistics, analytical, or problem-solving roles
  • Knowledge of thoughts and processes for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation, and benefits
  • Skilled in the knowledge of the effects of new statistics for every modern and future problem-solving and decision-making
  • Skilled in adjusting actions in phrases of others' actions
  • Skilled in the use of correct judgment and reasoning to select the strengths and weaknesses of possible solutions, conclusions, or techniques for problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of Workday tool, including HCM, compensation, payroll, recruiting, absence, and knowledge management beneficial areas
  • Experience with statistics-oriented programming languages and visualization software
