The Role

As a Customer Care Associate EMEA, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our various user types across multiple verticals and product areas via email and live messaging channels. Your mission will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolve tickets efficiently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve customer support tickets via email and live messaging channels in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain high productivity standards while ensuring attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, cross-vertical operational teams, and Sales to drive customer success and growth.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and other customer-facing resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with product updates, industry trends, and best practices in customer support.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support or customer enablement within a product or tech environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders with different priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
  • A strong interest in modern web technologies and apps.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working remotely or in a fast-scaling organization.
  • Familiarity with HR, Payroll, Healthcare, and/or Pension industries.
  • Previous experience with customer support software and tools.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $13,300 USD to $44,800 USD, depending on location, experience, and other factors. Our benefits and perks package includes:
