What You'll Do in This Role
As a Customer Service Representative - Seasonal working from home, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing inbound customer support to our valued clients
 - Helping customers resolve technical issues and answering their questions
 - Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases to ensure seamless customer experiences
 - Offering additional products and/or services to customers
 - Delivering expert customer experiences...with a smile!
 
Your Qualifications
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative - Seasonal (Remote) role include:
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
 - A high school diploma or GED equivalent
 - A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
 - Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
 - Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
 - Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes
 
Technical Requirements
To ensure you can perform at your best in this role, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:
- Bring your own device – This position does not loan equipment
 - Device must be a desktop or laptop computer (No Chromebooks, iPads, tablets, mobile phones, etc.)
 - Operating System: Windows 10+, MacOS 10.15, or MacOS 12
 - RAM: 8GB or higher
 - Processor: Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or higher
 
Internet Requirements
You'll also need to meet the following internet requirements:
- DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection (Satellite and Wireless/Hotspots are not acceptable)
 - Speeds: 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload or higher
 - Must be able to hardwire with an ethernet cable while working
 
Residency Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
