As a Remote Benefits Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences and providing valuable benefits solutions to our clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, resolve client inquiries, and provide comprehensive benefits information. Key Responsibilities
- Inbound and Outbound Calling: Respond to client inquiries, provide benefits information, and address concerns via phone calls.
 - Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate appointments with clients who request our benefits packages and ensure timely follow-ups.
 - Benefits Presentations: Conduct Zoom video calls to present and explain insurance products and benefits packages to clients.
 - Sales and Upselling: Sell and upsell insurance products to new and existing clients, meeting sales targets and contributing to company growth.
 - Application Processing: Complete applications for insurance products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
 - Daily Reporting: Report daily numbers, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
 - Training and Development: Attend optional training classes to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
 - Underwriter Support: Complete tasks required by underwriters to facilitate client approvals for coverage.
 
Essential Qualifications
- Age: 18+ years old
 - Education: High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
 - Experience: Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
 - Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 - Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills
 - Technical Requirements: Working computer, cell phone with unlimited long-distance calling, and access to WiFi
 - Life Insurance License: Life Insurance License (if you don't have one, license fees will apply)
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Experience in the insurance or benefits industry
 - Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, particularly in a commission-based environment
 - Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
