Position Overview

As a Data Entry Clerk - Energy Services, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting and maintaining client status records, monitoring emails and communications, and ensuring compliance with program guidelines and agency requirements. Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline.
  • Email and Communication Management: Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt.
  • Database Management: Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc.
  • File Organization and Maintenance: Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc.
  • Remote Work and Availability: Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed.
  • Training and Professional Development: Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings, and participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities.
  • Confidentiality and Data Security: Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: Two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes.
  • Additional Qualifications: Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual Skills: Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

  • Time Management and Flexibility: Ability to work remotely and maintain flexibility in work schedule, with ability to attend meetings and calls as needed.
