Job Summary
As an Associate Customer Care Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by receiving, evaluating, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You'll interact with customers via phone, chat, and email to provide information and resolve general issues or complaints related to background check searches. Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or knowledge-delivery role in a BPO setup.
 - Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of common computer configurations.
 - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
 - Ability to work in a logical flow to isolate causes of problems and determine potential solutions.
