We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist – Data Analyst. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large-scale data sets to provide insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and communication will enable you to effectively translate complex data into actionable stories that drive business outcomes.Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist – Data Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:- Collecting, processing, and analyzing large-scale data sets from various sources using tools like PySpark and SQL.
 - Building automated, adaptable, repeatable, and integrated analysis involving current large data structures in data ecosystems, such as Databricks, Snowflake, and Google BigQuery.
 - Applying refined analysis techniques (data mining, statistical analysis, AI) to identify patterns and reveal opportunities in social data.
 - Leading campaign, product, satisfied, and crowd analysis for organizational needs. Creating and tracking key metrics to measure success.
 - Collaborating with Designing and Product groups to complete data projects, contributing to product discovery, design, build, and QA.
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:- 2+ years of analytical experience or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
 - A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related quantitative fields.
 - Knowledge of directed and self-directed learning methods.
 - Proficiency in using pre-processing tools like PySpark/Python/R and SQL.
 - Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
 - Strong time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple priorities.
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:- Experience in applying directed and self-directed learning methods, such as direct and indirect regression, decision trees, or k-means clustering to determine, validate, and measure outcomes from the data.
 - Experience reporting data requirements, rules, and assumptions.
 - Experience in data mining in distributed systems like Databricks/Google BigQuery/Snowflake.
 - Experience in managing large-scale, transactional datasets and deciphering data patterns from various dissimilar data sources.
 - An interest in music or potentially media industry data!
 - Knowledge of music real-time features (Spotify, Apple, Amazon Music, YouTube), social media platforms (TikTok, FB/Instagram) and new innovations (digital assistants/voice).
 - A graduate degree in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related quantitative fields.
