Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in a remote data entry position. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of clinical trials, decentralized clinical trials, and real-world evidence (RWE) patterns, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Client record and relationship management
 - Account planning and development to drive new business opportunities across RWE Clinical verticals
 - Preliminary business development (e.g., patient enrollment, Decentralized Clinical Trials (DCT), HEOR, and epidemiological studies, post-marketing studies)
 - Drive client account procedure and improvement through vital and strategic record arranging in partnership with the logical examination conveyance groups
 - Collaborate with sales teams, finance, and other internal support capabilities to drive and close business and achieve sales approval targets
 - Proactively find and qualify valuable opportunities, including characterizing the arrangements and prescribing pricing structures to meet vital objectives
 - Act as the primary contact until project KO, then coordinate with important business areas to guarantee a successful execution
 - Lead and assist with conveying the response to the proposal cycle with the proposal group and convey in a timely style to clients
 - Coordinate Bid Guard methodology, guaranteeing designated offering lines up with client goals
 - Lead efforts to close a possible client for a clinical trial as a component of the objective sales targets
 - Responsible for allocated client account and identify potential opportunities within existing clients to increase account infiltration
 - Provide a collaborative client-facing, critical thinking environment with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and systems with the vision of upgrading Walgreens clinical trials market leadership
 
Essential Capabilities
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential capabilities:
- Logical, sales, or marketing foundation with a focus in the drug/biotech region
 - Demonstrated history of creating mid-and senior-level business contacts
 - Excellent relational skills to manage and fully integrate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and follow up to grow connections and business potential opportunities
 - A strong understanding of Clinical Trials, Decentralized Trials, and RWE patterns
 - Shown insight in identifying and creating potential customers, making professional presentations, handling the sales cycle through close, and managing agreement exchanges
 - Comprehension of sales automation systems and Microsoft Office programs
 - Experience collaborating with internal or external resources to develop procedures that meet office objectives within budget and established timelines
 - Able to travel up to 25% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
